Breakthrough! The Shinigami's Encompassing Net
Jiroubou had all along been after Orihime, which is what Ishida calls the coward’s way of fighting, not bearing to kill, but erect to make sure that Jiroubou cannot return to becoming a Shinigami, destroys his Soul Sleep and Chain Link. Ganju and Ichigo, both being chased by large groups of Shinigami from the 11th Division, meet up finally, but are now surrounded. They get a hostage, Yamada Hanatarou, who doesn’t serve much purpose as the 11th Division guys would be more than happy to see him die. Mayuri tries to interrogate Ikkaku in point of Ichigo, but Ikkaku will not spill even one belfry, telling only Zaraki and Yachiru what he knows. Ganju and Ichigo make a getaway consistent as Chad arrives, missing them by fair and square a mere few seconds.
